Lela Simone is a Fitness & Fashion Influencer from London. Her aim is to use fitness as an avenue to promote female empowerment and mental health.Lela Simone’s fitness journey began while struggling with anxiety and depression in 2014. She took to fitness as a way of getting her mind right and ended up improving her physique at the same time. The improvement in her body naturally boosted her confidence and self-esteem which in turn gave her the strength and mental fortitude she needed to beat those psychological conditions.Adding to her Events Management & Marketing degree, Lela Simone continues to study Fitness extensively so she can help other women who may be struggling with body image issues, self love and overall mental health issues. She firmly believes that the key to taking charge of your life first begins with treating your body as a temple and feeding your mind with positivity.This ethos she stands by and promotes has garnered her a following of more than 600,000 on Instagram alone. She uses her reach to provide mentorship programs and host female empowerment events around London to further her cause. Lela Simone has expanded her brand and collaborated with global fashion and fitness brands including House of CB, PrettyLittleThing, Boohoo, FashionNova, Fabletics and several others.Lela Simone is passionate about adding value to people’s lives and she her goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.

Victoria

Victoria believes in life-changing transformations. She was able to transform from an emotionally and physically lethargic, size 18 to happy and empowered – mama bear, who is energetic, spiritually centered, resilient and a size 8-10.Victoria is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur having worked for some of the world’s leading tech companies in senior roles. At the age of 19, she founded, scaled and successfully exited a telephone communications business that was sold to a subsidiary of BT.After spending 10 years in the corporate world In 2019 Victoria was recognised by the Financial Times as the top 100 BAME leaders in tech industry and she is multi-award winning diversity champion for women in tech roles.Victoria also embarked on her journey to become a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and holistic nutritionist and in 2019 established a successful online wellness business centred around mindset and transformation coaching. Victoria is privileged to be part of the journey of her clients, witnessing the well-being, happiness, success and self-belief of her clients skyrocket.Victoria is an advocate of creating a lifestyle through fitness and nutrition – When she’s not working on herself or on her clients Victoria loves to travel the world. In the last 3 years, she has visited 35 countries and is a leading Influencer and Brand Ambassador collaborating with leading global resorts and boutique hotels as well as founding a successful Luxury Retreats business.Victoria is passionate about giving back to the community and has also spearheaded women’s networks across organisations like Microsoft and Vodafone.  She uses social media to inspire and share positivity as she advocates for inner health and well-being being more important than outer beauty. In November 2019 Victoria Co-founded You Got It Girl Collective dedicated to recognising excellence and elevating women globally.“It is so important to choose something in your life that you love and are passionate about.
